How do I keep/store the cake?
Cakes keep in the fridge for up to seven days (decorations may vary), so if you are not eating the cake on the day of pick up, store the cake in its box in a fridge with no odors and bring to room temperature at least 15-30 minutes before cutting.
How do I transport my cake?
Cakes are in a cardboard cake box on a cake board. You can safely transport them on the passenger floor with the air-conditioning on and driving slowly around the corners. The best would be if a passenger were able to hold the cake on their lap for the journey. For large orders of wedding and private event cakes, I would recommend paying for delivery. Otherwise, keep it cool, drive slowly around corners, and be vigilant of stoplights/signs and traffic conditions. God speed.
How do I store leftovers of a cake?
Tightly wrap your cake in cling film, place the cake in an air-tight container and freeze it for up to 30 days from the initial cut.
Let it fully defrost, and pat yourself on the back, you have amazing willpower.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
I use all the nuts, seeds, and non-GMO soy. So please use caution when serving guests.
All cake and frosting ingredients are egg and dairy-free. Suitable for vegans and those on a plant-based diet.
However, I can not ensure not to have cross-contamination with gluten at this time.
